Cardiff Terrace Townhomes
Project Description
The 50 Townhomes at the Cardiff Terrace Planned Unit Development are located (PDF) in the western portion of the existing Faculty and Staff Housing area. They were constructed in 1986. As with all UC Santa Cruz for-sale properties, the land is leased from the University and there are numerous project restrictions embedded in the governing documents.
