Laureate Court Condominiums Laureate Court

Project Description

The 13 Condominiums at Laureate Court are located (PDF) across from the main entrance to campus (at the corner of Bay and High Streets). They were constructed in 1992. As with all UC Santa Cruz for-sale properties, the land is leased from the University and there are numerous project restrictions embedded in the governing documents.
